DYNE Hospitality Group and DYNE Development wrapped up 2022 with our annual December “DYNE TYME” Conference. The team spent two days reviewing every department’s accomplishments in 2022, and discussing the goals we have for 2023. We continued to focus on our values-based leadership style and reiterated how this approach instills a common set of values for our team. In turn, it improves our cohesiveness and collaborative efforts. We also launched a wonderfully detailed and comprehensive Diversity, Equity & Inclusion program, led by our talented VP of Human Resources, Tiffany Curry.
The conference concluded with a fun, engaging dinner and awards ceremony, where we presented one individual with the DYNE Culture Creator Award. Our amazing Compensation & Benefits Manager, Cheryl Copeland, won this title after the team voted. She consistently demonstrates a positive attitude during challenging times, is an inspiring and thoughtful colleague and leader, and strives to help the company continue growing and reach its goals. Our Co-CEOs, Nick Crouch and Glen Johnson, and our COO, Melissa Jackson, presented Cheryl with the award and a $2,500 check.
