Tom has been in the restaurant industry for 20 years. He spent eight years as a Training GM for Applebee’s and four years as a General Manager with Panera Bread before joining DYNE Hospitality Group. Tom has a strong track record for developing internal leaders.

Tom started as a General Manager with DYNE Hospitality Group and within his first year sales increased more than 20% and is now a top-performing Cafe for DYNE. 

Tom is recently married, and the honeymooners relocated to Oklahoma City a few weeks after their wedding for the District Manager position. Tom is a huge sports fan, especially the Philadelphia Eagles as Philadelphia is his hometown.
