Timothy started as a General Manager and has worked his way up to the District Manager role at DYNE Hospitality Group. He has over 25 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, including roles as an Executive Chef for a few well-known brands like IHG by Holiday Inn and District Manager for Dunkin’. He and his wife, Mandy, have two boys, Gavin and Jr. They also have dogs and chickens on their small farm. The Van Skyhawks love going to live sporting events, concerts, traveling, and caring for their greenhouse where they grow their own fruits and vegetables.
