At 16 years old, Steven walked into his local Baskin Robbins looking for a job. This simple act would be the first step in his long-standing career in the hospitality industry. Since then, he worked in every restaurant position, from restaurant manager to general manager, managing partner, district manager, and director of operations. All along the way, he demonstrated excellent performance and invaluable leadership skills. In one of his most recent roles, Steve spent 26 years with Ruby Tuesday. He played an instrumental part in developing leaders, driving guest experience, and operations strategies. However, Steve’s most significant role was as a veteran of Desert Storm Shield and a Marine reserve for six years. Today, Steve Anderson serves as Director of Operations for DYNE Hospitality in Florida and Georgia. Steve and his beloved wife, Jennifer, relocated to Florida from Wisconsin with their youngest daughter, Millie. They also have three other older children, Cameron, Melani, and Carter. Steve enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
