Rob is District Manager in DYNE Hospitality Group, Arkansas market. Rob began his career in food service when he was 16 years old. Rob has had tremendous success in the restaurant business, including Chili’s Bar and Grill for 21 years. His restaurants achieved overall #1 YTD KPI scores in 2010 and 2012.  Rob was named “General Manager of the Year” for Chili’s and again for Brinker International in 2012. Rob has been with DYNE Hospitality Group for 5 years. He started as a General Manager and after exceptional performance was promoted to District Manager. His hobbies include getting to the gym four times a week and keeping up with all his kids’ activities.
