LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS (December 18, 2017) – QSR Management Group of Jacksonville, FL and Tropical Tango of Little Rock, AR have announced the merger of the two companies to form the DYNE Hospitality Group.
Through this new partnership, DYNE Hospitality Group will consist of 41 Cafes in Florida, Georgia, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. DYNE will now have an employee group of more than 700 individuals spread across those five states. DYNE will also become the largest Tropical Smoothie Cafe franchisee.
“Over the past few years, Nick and I have discussed partnering together to form a first-class restaurant company,” said DYNE Hospitality Group’s co-CEO Glen Johnson. “Our plan is to accelerate future growth by opening or acquiring 60 Cafes to reach 100 restaurants in just a few short years.”
Glen Johnson will be co-CEO and primarily responsible for Finance and Administration, Area Developer territories and Real Estate. Nick Crouch will be co-CEO and primarily responsible for Operations and Marketing. DYNE Hospitality Group will be headquartered in Little Rock and will have a satellite office in Jacksonville, FL.
