Michael is our Director of Facilities, he brings us over 13 years of Restaurant Facilities experience from Chipotle Mexican Grill, Zoës Kitchen and most recent, On The Border. He is also a Navy veteran that served overseas on the USS John S McCain. He is dedicated to building relationships with his team and service providers to achieve Facilities excellence. He has earned his CRFP (Certified Restaurant Facility Professional) certification from RFMA (Restaurant Facility Management Association). He lives in the Dallas area with his wife, Kristin of 20 years. They have 2 children, 19 and 3. For fun, he loves traveling, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.
