Kiyanna has been in the food and hospitality industry for more than 15 years. She spent most of those years dedicated to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. She moved from Alabama to Florida in 2017 to join DYNE Hospitality Group. She was promoted from a General Manager to being the company’s first Certified Training Café. She has trained countless General Managers and helped with multiple openings. Due to her expertise in training managers and organizational skills, Kiyanna was promoted to Regional Training Manager in December 2023. Kiyanna believes there is something gifted about each person. She takes the time to listen and explore the needs of others to develop that gift. She loves traveling the world and when home love spending quality time with family.
