Justin has over 15 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, all starting at a local barbecue restaurant where he grew up. His passion and career continued to grow by having opportunities working with for young, innovative brands such as, Modern Concepts, Lifetime Fitness, and Vandelay Hospitality. In addition to Justin’s roles in operations, he has had the pleasure of assisting new restaurant opening/ construction, training and development, technology, menu and brand curation. He has a daughter named Madison, and a German Shepherd named Bella. Any opportunity we get, they can be found on an adventure, likely somewhere in the Rockies. If they aren’t on the go, it’s probably because the Chiefs game is on and Justin has Ribs on the smoker.
