On March 11th, at the annual Tropical Smoothie Cafe Franchise Convention, themed “Full Throttle,” DYNE Hospitality Group received several awards recognizing our commitment to excellence. Our team, including Melissa Jackson (Chief Operating Officer), Tom Torpey (Senior Director of Operations), Steve Anderson (Director of Operations), Crystal Staggers (Director of Operations), Nick Crouch (Co-CEO), and Cheryl Switters (VP of Training), was there to accept the honors.

Some of the awards we received included those for sales and service. The highlight of the night was the Developer of the Year award, which acknowledges DYNE’s significant contributions in advancing the brand, building amazing locations in prime areas, and maintaining top-notch operations with a great company culture.

After three days spent learning and planning for the brand’s future, the team was excited and energized about the direction we’re heading.
