For DYNE Co-CEO Glen Johnson, the best measure of success is seeing those around you succeed. The whole team is proud to congratulate him on being named to the state’s “40 Under 40” by Arkansas Business!

A co-founder of DYNE Hospitality Group—the largest Tropical Smoothie Cafe franchise in the United States—Glen is driven by the desire to help others. “I feel like my greatest sense of achievement comes from seeing other people succeed and achieve something that they’ve always wanted or something that they never thought was possible.”

DYNE currently employees more than 1,200 people in six states, including 300 in Arkansas. “Our company mission at DYNE,” said Johnson, is creating opportunities for people. That’s really what drives me every day.”

Outside the office, Glen Johnson also volunteers with Camp Sunshine, a non-profit organization in Maine. DYNE raises more than $125,000 a year for children with life-threatening illnesses. He attributes his drive and work ethic to his mother.
