Crystal’s career began with Chick-fil-A and spans over 20 years in the restaurant industry. Most recently, she spent 15 years with Tropical Smoothie Cafe, serving in corporate roles such as Franchise Business Leader, where she also supported DYNE cafes across multiple states. Her wealth of experience and knowledge make her a valuable addition to our team. An Alabama native, Crystal lives in Citronelle, AL, with her husband, Heath and their beloved fur babies.
