Nick is the Co-CEO and Co-Founder of DYNE Hospitality Group, in charge of operations and marketing. With more than 17 years of experience in the field, Nick has worked nearly every job in relation to restaurant operation. Starting as a dishwasher at a very young age, he developed a strong work ethic and business sense throughout his career, eventually leading him to where he is today. Nick was named Tropical Smoothie Cafe’s National Franchisee of the Year in 2016 and is consistently recognized as a top restaurant/franchise executive. He lives with his family in St. Augustine, Florida and enjoys boating, golfing and spending time at the beach with his wife, Jessica, and daughter, Isabella.
