Megan became the first Brand Operations Excellence Manager in 2018 after working as a District Manager from 2016-2018 and previously held the Regional Training Manager position for DYNE Hospitality Group from June 2015 through April 2016. Megan brings nine years of experience with Chili's and has been in the restaurant industry for 15 years. Megan loves living in Oklahoma with her boyfriend, Kevin, and his son along with 2 dogs, Simon and Lily. She plays darts competitively and loves karaoke and being crafty!
