Sylvia Perez brings over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry, with a career spanning quick-service restaurants, full-service establishments, and fine dining. She dedicated more than 25 years to Taco Bell, beginning as an hourly employee and advancing to General Manager through her commitment and leadership. Following her tenure at Taco Bell, Sylvia served as a multi-unit manager for Taco Villa for eight years and gained valuable fine dining experience at Overton.

Always eager to embrace new opportunities and pursue career growth, Sylvia joined DYNE two years ago. In that time, she has excelled and became a Certified Training Manager and now serves as District Manager, where she continues to drive performance, mentor teams, and foster organizational success.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Sylvia is deeply passionate about cooking and hosting large family gatherings. She is the proud mother of three adult daughters and grandmother to 17 grandchildren, cherishing every opportunity to spend time with them. At the heart of her life is her faith, she prioritizes studying God’s word and actively engages in fellowship with her local church community.
