On February 19, at the annual Tropical Smoothie Cafe Franchise Convention, themed “Trop Fest,” DYNE Hospitality Group was honored with several awards recognizing our commitment to operational excellence and brand leadership.
Representing DYNE at the event were Melissa Jackson (Chief Operating Officer), Tom Torpey (Senior Director of Operations), Steve Anderson (Director of Operations), Crystal Staggers (Director of Operations), Nick Crouch (Co-CEO), Cheryl Switters (VP of Training), Brian Judge (Chief Financial Officer), Cheri Tyler (VP of IT), Zach Ramsey (Senior District Manager), Jeff Bolling (District Manager), Sarah Hoffpauir (Executive Assistant to the COO), and Staci Lastinger (Director of Marketing), who proudly accepted these honors on behalf of our organization.
The highlight of the evening was receiving the Developer of the Year award, which recognizes DYNE’s contributions to brand growth, strategic site development, operational excellence, and fostering a strong, people-first culture.
Following three days of collaboration, learning, and forward planning, our team returned energized and aligned on the future of both DYNE and the brand.
